Here is the perfomrance information for the upcoming band competition

PERFORM INFO – Don Lugo Band Competition

SATURDAY: October 3, 2009

Show starts at 4:00pm

Directions:             Note: This Show is at Chino High School

                        Chino High School

                        Chino, CA 91710

Group: Marching Band

            REMEMBER: Eat a good breakfast, all uniform/instrument accessories,

                                     Bring money for snacks;

                                    COME DRESSED IN BAND SHIRTS/JEANS

                                    or

                                    Bring Uniforms, bring T-shirts

            GET: Instruments, equipment, props/ flags, podium, pit instruments.

GO:  To equipment truck, board the buses

Schedule:       

            2:30 pm – REPORT TIME to band room LOAD BUSSES

            4:00 pm – arrive at Chino High School

            4:30 pm – first warm-up/tune near busses

5:00 pm - Official Warm-Up

            5:20 pm – stand-by

5:40 pm - PERFORMANCE

6:00 pm -  after performance we will stay in stadium for clinic,

                        performances by Arlington and Don Lugo, and awards

            Go together to sit in bleachers together as a group.

            no friends. alums, or relatives are to sit in the band area.

            YOU MUST SIT WITH THE BAND.

            7:00 pm - Awards

7:30 pm – return to busses, change out of uniforms.

8:00 pm- leave Chino, return to Colton High School

            9:00 pm- Arrive at Colton High School
